Do you sell unframed prints?
We do. Select the "No Frame" variant under frames and you will be purchasing a print, unframed. 

What are the frames made of?
All frames are made with sustainable Victorian Ash or Tasmanian Oak. Each frame is hand cut, sanded and painted. Then carefully assembled by our team working from the Melbourne workshop.
The 3mm Plexiglass that is used is lighter than glass. It helps to protect the print from UV damage and also is shatter proof.

What paper stock do you use?
Our fine art giclée prints are produced using ultra chrome pigment inks on 310gsm Cotton Rag Paper. They are archival quality and guaranteed not to fade or bleed for up to 100 years. It is the industry standard in galleries and museums across the world.

Can I order a larger size than you offer? 
If you contact us, we can get a size off you and get it quoted for you.

 

Shipping and Returns

How long is the turnaround for my frame to get to me?
Approximately 10-12 days from purchase. You will be able to track the frame when it leaves the warehouse.

Return policy?
As each piece is made to order, there are no returns or refunds after the order has been placed. 

What if my order comes damaged?
In the rare case of damage on delivery, please take detailed photos of packaging and damage. Send the photos back to us within 24 hours of receiving and we can assess it and come up with a plan. studio@ourkingdom.com.au
